We are looking for detailed-oriented Warranty Manager who will be in charge to manage the warranty process and assist thought the entire repair and warranty event in collaboration with Management in Service Department.

Responsibilities:

- Processes warranty claims on a timely basis
- Obtain preapprovals and check for valid warranty coverage
- Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.
- Reconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule to match payment and claim amount
- Resubmits all rejected claims promptly or receives authorization to write them off




- Assist with warranty claims and follow up on outstanding claims
- Keep track of all warranty parts by noting the repair order number, date of replacement and date on which part may be disposed; and disposing when appropriate
- Arrange for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor and resubmitting all rejected claims promptly
- Files and maintains all service records and customer record as required by the warrantor
- Process Extended warranty prepaid maintenance plan documents for the purpose of receiving payment in full within a timely manner
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years experience of warranty or automotive industry
- Strong knowledge in Heavy Duty trucking industry, parts and components
- High degree of product and technical knowledge
- Excellent time management and organizational silks and attention to detail
- Excellent decision-making, negotiation and good problem-solving abilities are a must
- Ability and desire to work in positive, fast paced environment
- Robust customer service and organization skills required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web based software
- Good oral and written communication skills with all the levels of the company
