WHAT YOU WILL DO The overall purpose of this position is to maintain the warranty system, communicating system and program changes to Hyundai Motor Corporation in Korea, communicating claim submission inquiries with Korean/US/Mexico Manufactures and responding to inquiries from dealers through the warranty hotline system.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

- Prepare monthly/weekly management reports
- Provide support to the Warranty Team and Warranty system users relating to warranty policies, procedures and warranty system process.
- Maintain and improved the Global Warranty Management System as per HACC needs.
- Administer the Company’s warranty tables and develop current requirements.
- Liaise with Finance Department to assist with the reconciliation of the warranty claims submitted to the factories.
- Act as a liaison with IT department to ensure warranty system is maintained and improved
- Manage and ensure all campaigns/recalls information in Warranty system are in compliance with official bulletins
- Assist with the reconciliation of warranty claims submitted to the factories.
- Submit Warranty claims to all factories in a timely manner.
- Analysis of the returned and denied claims from factories and assist with the resubmission.
- Provide reports and analysis for any Warranty related inquiries.
- Provide support to the Warranty Support Coordinator to complete and maintain Dealer HPP/CPO refunds and cancellations in a timely manner.
- Responding to inquiries and requests from dealers through the warranty hotline.
- Assist Warranty Support Specialist as required.
- Other duties as required

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

- 2-5 years of relevant experience in the same or similar positions.




- Completion of an undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Good oral and written communication skills in French will be an asset
- Excellent MS Office skills (good knowledge of Excel recommended).
- General database knowledge (MS Acess, SQL, etc) will be an asset
- Strong organization, prioritization and problem solving skills.
- General knowledge of I.T. systems.
- Excellent project management skills.

Hiring Range: $70,300 - $89,000

The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity





Starting salary is typically offered in the lower to mid portion of the range, with placement determined by the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and internal equity considerations. Candidates with exceptional qualifications and directly relevant experience may be considered for compensation up to the maximum of the range.
