Provide impactful nursing care as a Community Care Nurse with the Westbank First Nation. This role focuses on assisting clients with chronic issues through community support and health programs. Reporting to the Health Manager, the Community Care Nurse plays a crucial role in home caregiving and health program delivery.

You will carry out nursing duties including catheter insertion, wound care, and patient education while adhering to safety and confidentiality standards. Your collaboration with families and community resources will ensure respectful care for all individuals. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement community health and home care programs
- Provide specialized care, including wound and foot management
- Maintain accurate client assessments and documentation
- Inventory medical supplies for community services
- Work alongside Home Support Workers for optimal care Requirements:
- LPN required, RN preferred with valid registration
- Foot and wound care experience essential
- Clean driving record with Class 5 License
- CPR certification required
- Successful completion of a Criminal Record check Deliver compassionate nursing and support the well-being of clients within the Westbank First Nation community.
