Position Summary The Web Fulfillment Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day fulfillment of all online orders for Sprucewood Tack. This role ensures every web order is picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Web Fulfillment Manager works closely with our retail stores, warehouse, and customer service teams to coordinate inventory, transfers, shipping, and order communication.

This position plays a key role in helping Sprucewood Tack achieve operational excellence and maintain the high level of service our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

Online Order Fulfillment

- Manage the daily fulfillment of all website orders from start to finish.
- Prioritize orders to meet same-day and next-day shipping expectations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure packaging meets Sprucewood Tack standards and protects products during shipping.
- Monitor shipping deadlines and carrier pickups.

Inventory & Store Coordination
- Coordinate inventory transfers between Sprucewood Tack locations to fulfill customer orders.
- Communicate with store teams regarding product availability and urgent transfers.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and out-of-stock situations promptly.
- Maintain accurate inventory movement records related to web orders.

Customer Experience
- Ensure orders are fulfilled with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate with the customer service team regarding delays, substitutions, or order issues.
- Assist in resolving fulfillment errors, damaged shipments, or missing items.
- Look for opportunities to exceed customer expectations through thoughtful service.

Shipping & Operations




- Create shipping labels and process shipments through approved carriers.
- Track shipments and troubleshoot delivery issues when needed.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient fulfillment workspace.
- Monitor shipping supplies and notify management when inventory needs replenishing.

Teamwork & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with managers and the team to improve fulfillment processes.
- Help train current team members on fulfillment procedures and shipping standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency in the fulfillment process.
- Support seasonal promotions, sale events, and high-volume order periods.

Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using shipping software, order management systems, and inventory systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.

This role is essential to creating a seamless shopping experience for our online customers and ensuring every order reflects the quality and care of the Sprucewood Tack brand. Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
