We have an immediate opening for a Website Project Coordinator to join our Outdoor Industry specialist team MMGY Origin, based in Canada.

The Website Project Coordinator helps keep client website projects moving from planning through launch and ongoing updates. Working with account, creative, technology and other teams, this person tracks project details, helps prepare sites for launch, checks that updates work as expected, and supports website reporting.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Leads day-to-day tasks for web clients as delegated by the Product Manager, Associate Director of Product Management, and Director of Product Management
- Coordinate level of effort and budget estimating for marketing technology projects
- Facilitate collaboration between web designers, content strategists, developers, QA, product managers and client stakeholders
- Monitor and maintain project scope, timeline, operating budget, resource management and overall quality of the deliverables using project management tools and dashboards
- Contribute to product backlogs, managing roadmaps and working with stakeholders in large scale or complex engagements
- Developing trusted relationships with day-to-day clients and internal teams, managing internal and client teams’ expectations,



and proactive issue identification and conflict resolution.
- Contribute to quality assurance (QA) testing and website content entry tasks
- Report on client website goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Google Lighthouse, accessibility audits, and other thirdparty monitoring dashboard tools
- Maintain knowledge of client goals, challenges and requirements, and identify opportunities for organic growth within accounts
- Support freelancer, contractor and outside partnerships pertinent to client project processes, workflows, documentation, best practices and deliverables
- Strong communication skills, quick learner, and self-starter
- Strong interest in learning new technologies and skills, including an interest in using AI to create efficiencies in managing website development projects and enhancing digital products
- Solution-oriented and able to take into account both quality standards, as well as the real-world constraints of a project
- Aid in identifying and developing strategies for new business opportunities
- Create positive interdepartmental collaborations across all agency teams




- Contribute to developing a positive culture and atmosphere conducive to maintaining a productive and happy work workplace

Qualifications

- At least 1-2 years of relevant project management, website, and/or digital marketing experience
- Experience working with cross-functional teams that include designers, developers, content and QA specialists
- Exceptional communication, time management, and teamwork skills, with demonstrable attention to detail
- Experience with Drupal and WordPress content management systems a plus
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs or similar website monitoring tools a plus
- Experience with Kantata or similar project management tools such as JIRA a plus (not mandatory)
- A proven track record of bringing customer-facing custom digital solutions to market
- Certification in project management and/or product management a plus
- Knowledge of and experience with Agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies a plus
- Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence platforms and integrations a plus
- Experience working in a professional services or marketing agency a plus
- Experience working with hybrid teams that include nearshore or offshore team members a plus

Salary Range: $80-$84k CAD MMGY Global provides a comprehensive PTO + benefits package. MMGY Global is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
