Wild Mountain Wellness Collective is a growing multidisciplinary practice located in the heart of Penticton, British Columbia. With an established counselling practice and a strong referral network throughout the South Okanagan, we are expanding our wellness community and are looking for wellness practitioners interested in operating their independent practice from our professional clinic space.

Whether you are launching your private practice, relocating an established one, looking for additional treatment space, or simply wanting to work alongside other health and wellness professionals, Wild Mountain offers a welcoming and professional environment where you can continue to grow your own practice.

Our vision is to create a collaborative wellness community where clients can access high-quality counselling and complementary wellness services under one roof. Who We're Looking For

We are interested in connecting with wellness practitioners who are passionate about providing high-quality, client-centred care. The space may be well suited for professionals such as:

- Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs)
- Reflexologists
- Acupuncturists
- Reiki practitioners

- Other complementary health and wellness professionals

About the Opportunity

This is a room-rental opportunity for an independent wellness practitioner who would like to operate their own practice within Wild Mountain Wellness Collective.

You will maintain the independence of your own practice while having the opportunity to work within an established and professional wellness environment.

We are open to discussing different rental arrangements depending on your needs, including regular weekly days or other ongoing arrangements.



Rental rates can be discussed based on the amount of time and type of arrangement you are looking for.

Depending on your profession and interests, there may also be opportunities to collaborate on workshops, educational events, wellness groups, or community outreach initiatives.

Wild Mountain has an established network of clients and connections with healthcare professionals, schools, community organizations, insurers, employee assistance programs, and other service providers throughout the South Okanagan. While referrals are never guaranteed, being part of the clinic environment creates opportunities to build professional relationships and reciprocal referral connections.

Qualifications

Practitioners should

- Hold any registration, certification, education, or licensing required for their profession.
- Be in good standing with their professional regulatory body or association, where applicable.
- Carry appropriate professional liability insurance.
- Maintain any required business licensing, GST registration, and WorkSafeBC coverage applicable to their practice.
- Demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and ethical practice.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional treatment space.
