Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy Wireless Sales Associate to join our team.

This position offers an hourly wage plus sales commission, giving you the opportunity to earn more based on your sales performance.

You will help customers with smartphones, wireless plans, accessories, activations, and basic technical needs while representing Bell Mobility, Virgin Plus, and Lucky Mobile products and services.

Experience with cell phone repair is an asset, but not required. Training can be provided to the right candidate.

Responsibilities

- Help customers choose phones, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
- Promote and sell Bell Mobility, Virgin Plus, and Lucky Mobile products.
- Meet individual sales targets and earn commission on top of your hourly wage.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Complete activations, transactions, repairs, and other services using our POS systems.
- Assist with inventory, merchandising, cash handling, and daily store operations.
- Handle basic smartphone troubleshooting and customer technical questions.
- Perform smartphone repairs if you have repair experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store workplace.

What We?re Looking For
- Previous retail, sales, customer service, telecommunications, or electronics experience is preferred.




- Comfortable working with sales targets and earning performance-based commission.
- Interest in smartphones, wireless technology, and electronics.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Reliable, organized, and willing to learn.
- Smartphone repair experience is an asset, not a requirement.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.

Compensation & Benefits

- $15.00?$18.00/hour
