Job stability | 4-day schedule | Shift & remoteness premiums | Wages between $26.25 and $28.00 per hour

YOUR ROLE:

Reporting to the production supervisor, you will:

- Build custom wood doors according to drawings and specifications;
- Prepare materials (solid wood, panels and components);
- Use hand tools and specialized cabinetmaking machinery;
- Perform high-quality finishing work (varnish, lacquer, stains, etc.);
- Match colours and prepare the mixes required to achieve the requested colour;
- Inspect parts to ensure their quality and compliance;
- Rigorously follow health and safety standards as well as production deadlines;
- Keep a clean, safe and well-organized work area.

DESIRED PROFILE:

- Experience in cabinetmaking, door manufacturing or a similar position (an asset).
- Knowledge of different types of wood and finishing techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings or work instructions.
- Autonomy, diligence and attention to detail.
- Good manual dexterity and an eye for aesthetics.
- Compliance with health and safety standards.
- Team spirit, reliability and job stability.
- In-house training provided: no specific training required - we train you on our processes and equipment.
