Role: Workday Integration Analyst

Location: Toronto

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Analyst with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting modules. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable integration solutions, supporting business processes, and ensuring seamless data exchange between Workday and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and RaaS.

Configure and maintain integrations leveraging SOAP/REST APIs, Workday Web Services, XML, and XSLT.

Develop and support custom reports, calculated fields, and reporting solutions to meet business requirements.

Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis for production support.





Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Advantages, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Support Workday security, business processes, testing, and deployment activities.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

5+ years of Workday Integration experience.

Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, and Workday Web Services.

Experience with XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST APIs, and SFTP integrations.

Knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting modules.

Experience with Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and
