Hours of Work: Weekends, evenings, holidays Rate: $22.75 – $24.85 /hr Term: November to March Job Overview: The Zipline Supervisor leads an energetic and enthusiastic team of Zipline Guides to ensure daily operations run effectively.

Responsibilities include ensuring guest expectations are met while maintaining a safe activity; ensuring daily gear and equipment inspections and course opening inspections are completed and documented; and participating in hiring, scheduling, training, and mentoring staff throughout the season.

- Comfortable working at heights and with safety harnesses and related equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to deliver a consistently high standard of work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to guide and mentor staff and address performance shortfalls when they occur.
- Proficiencywith Windows and Microsoft applications.
- Previoussupervisory experience.
