Join our dynamic team as a Youth Soccer Coach and inspire young athletes to develop their skills, teamwork, and love for the game! This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to lead youth soccer programs, foster a positive workplace, and promote physical activity among children and teenagers. Compensation is based on experience, and coaching certification levels. Certification is an asset, not a necessity.

Duties

- Plan and lead engaging soccer practices tailored to different age groups and skill levels
- Teach fundamental soccer techniques, rules, and strategies in an encouraging manner
- Organize and oversee youth soccer games, ensuring fair play and safety at all times
- Foster a positive team environment that emphasizes sportsmanship, cooperation, and respect
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during practices and games, including proper equipment use

Skills

- Proven experience in teaching or coaching youth sports, especially soccer or related activities




- Strong knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and game strategies
- Excellent communication skills to motivate and instruct children effectively
- Ability to create a safe, inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and respect
- Enthusiasm for working with children and fostering their physical activity through sports
- Reliable, energetic, and committed to making each session fun and educational
