Guest Service Agents provide the hotel’s primary point of contact with guests. Guest experience is their top priority. Guest Service Agents champion a number of responsibilities including:

Job Duties:

- Advising guests of property facilities and usage

- Handling service recovery and guest concerns

- Greeting, Registering and Checking Guests out

- Communicating with guests to ensure their needs are being met

- Ensuring proper documentation, timely reporting/recording

- Referrals of departing guests to partner properties

- Jumping in whenever and wherever needs arise to support front desk and other departmental teams

- Communicating department training, supply and support needs

- Maintaining the quality appearance of front desk and main lobby

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $19.50-$20.25 per hour

Work Location: In person
