Vantage Integrative Health is looking for a professional, reliable, and personable Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team on a part-time basis.

Our clinic offers chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, osteopathy, and wellness services. We are looking for an RMT who is passionate about patient care, works well within a collaborative setting, and is comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced multidisciplinary clinic.

The ideal candidate will be confident working independently while also communicating and collaborating with other practitioners when appropriate to support our patients' overall treatment and recovery.

Responsibilities

- Provide professional therapeutic massage treatments based on individual patient needs
- Complete appropriate assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical charting and treatment notes
- Educate patients regarding treatment recommendations, home care, and ongoing wellness
- Maintain professional communication with patients and clinic staff
- Manage appointment flow and remain punctual with scheduled treatments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment space
- Follow all clinic policies, procedures, privacy requirements, and professional standards
- Collaborate with chiropractors, physiotherapists, acupuncturists, osteopaths, and other members of the clinic team when appropriate
- Provide treatment to patients with a variety of needs, including general wellness, musculoskeletal concerns, injuries, and rehabilitation
- Comfortably treat patients involved in Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) claims when applicable

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:





- Is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with a recognized professional association
- Has completed the education and practical requirements necessary to practise massage therapy in Alberta
- Holds current professional liability insurance
- Has strong hands-on assessment and treatment skills
- Provides professional and patient-centred care
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is reliable, punctual, organized, and able to work independently
- Is comfortable working in a busy multidisciplinary clinic
- Works well as part of a collaborative healthcare team
- Is comfortable with electronic charting and clinic management software
- JaneApp experience is an asset
- Previous experience treating MVA, rehabilitation, or injury-related patients is an asset
- Is willing to build and maintain a consistent patient caseload
- Has some flexibility in their schedule and availability

Hours & Availability

This is a part-time position, with the specific schedule to be discussed based on clinic needs and the successful candidate's availability.

We are particularly interested in someone who can offer consistent availability and is open to helping with additional coverage when needed.

Pay: $40.00-$80.00 per hour
