We are seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian to enhance our residents' health through tailored nutritional guidance. This part time role involves travel between Trenton, Pictou, and Port Hawkesbury.

As a Dietitian, you'll assess the nutritional needs and progress of residents, ensuring their well-being through expert dietary recommendations. Collaborate with families during care meetings and document all dietary interventions effectively to track progress and implement necessary changes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze residents' dietary and health requirements
- Research advancements in dietary practices for long-term care
- Implement nutritional plans to enhance quality of life
- Monitor and adjust dietary interventions as necessary
- Engage families in the dietary care process

Requirements:

- Degree in Foods and Nutrition or equivalent experience
- Required registration with Nova Scotia Dietetics Regulator
- Proficient in handling emotionally charged situations
- Strong decision-making capacity
