The successful candidate will be part of a governance body that plays a pivotal role in the strategic direction and future impact of the organization. The Board is composed of 14 members, including professionals from the aviation and business sectors, and is dedicated to ensuring strong governance and representing the diverse community it serves. The role of the At Large Director is to bring demonstrable subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas: law, accounting, IT digital strategy/transformation, major capital project management, and aviation industry management. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field,



previous experience on a significant public or private sector board, and a proven track record of strategic thinking, robust business skills, and sound judgment.Applicants for the At Large Board Director position at the company should be highly respected for their inquisitive nature, analytical skills, and ability to lead change. A certificate from the Institute of Corporate Directors or equivalent is an asset, as is proficiency in both official languages. The Board is committed to a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion policy and will give strong consideration to candidates from underrepresented groups. The role requires a dedicated, professional individual who is passionate about the community and is always prepared to contribute to the Board's activities.
