As the Core Research Facilities Manager, you will report to the Vice-Dean, Research (Basic). In this position, you'll ensure that seven essential facilities operate efficiently and maintain access to cutting-edge technology. Responsibilities include strategy development, financial management, and liaising with various stakeholders to foster research initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:



- Manage operations of seven core research facilities - Develop and implement effective facility policies - Lead budgeting and financial processes for the facilities - Oversee infrastructure procurement and maintenance - Facilitate and document user committee meetings
Requirements: - Demonstrated management experience in research facilities - Robust background in financial leadership and budgeting - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders - Dedication to enhancing research capabilities
