Woolwich Community Health Centre in Ontario is seeking a part-time Family Physician (M.D.) to provide day and evening coverage at our Current Hamburg site, joining the inter-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive primary care. You will provide acute, preventive, and chronic care, support patient advocacy, and participate in after-hours on-call on a shared schedule with 15 other health centre physicians and nurse practitioners, with pre-arranged hours at all facilities.
