The Regina Connected Youth (RCY) program is a cornerstone of that belief—working with youth involved in the criminal justice system to foster growth, accountability, and new opportunities.We are seeking RCY Caseworkers who are ready to walk alongside youth in a meaningful way, balancing structure with compassion and advocacy with accountability. This is not just case management—it's relationship building, mentoring, and supporting youth through some of life's most challenging transitions.What You'll DoBuild supportive relationships with youth while maintaining professional boundariesProvide role modeling and mentoring rooted in strength-based, trauma-informed approachesDevelop, implement, and review individualized Case Management Plans for a caseload of 6–7 youthSupport youth in meeting their goals, including:Attending health, education, and court appointmentsBuilding positive family and peer relationshipsEngaging in community, cultural, educational,
