The Project Coordinatorassists the Project Team with the overall coordination, scheduling, and successful execution of all projects as required.Duties and Responsibilities:Assist the Project Manager with planning, organizing and implementing all aspects of civil construction projects in accordance with project specifications while adhering to all safety, environmental and quality requirementsCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Assist the Project Manager in building baseline schedules and progress schedule updates.Prepare look-ahead schedules for resource planning with the direction of the Project ManagerAssist the Project Manager to review and track project financialsTrack, review, and work with Client/ Engineer to quantify all monthly contract quantitiesReview and approve vendor and subcontractor PPC's as requiredEnsure project files and documents are organized and up to date in field binders and digital folders.Identify and document additional work throughout the project. Summarize Daily Extra Work Reports (DEWR's) and submit them to clients for approval.Prepare documents and track review status for work plans, RFIs, Change Orders, submittals and other documents with Client/Engineers and subcontractorsRequest, organize,
