Key Responsibilities:
• Manage filing and electronic case management systems effectively
• Coordinate committee meetings with detailed agendas and follow-up
• Oversee financial transactions for committee-related services
• Update and maintain committee member contact details and rosters
• Conduct research for CPA ethics verifications
Requirements:
• Over three years in administrative coordination or legal support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
• Intermediate skills in MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated with solid organizational and multitasking skills
