With a network of grain elevators, terminals, and agri-retail locations, we provide crop inputs, agronomic solutions, and grain marketing expertise to help producers succeed.As Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in managing the overall performance, maintenance, and repair of the elevator. The Operations Manager will oversee quality control measures on incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring the maintenance and compliance of a safe working environment.Day to DaySupervising the daily operation of the elevatorManaging the quality control and blending of grainSupervising Facility Assistants to ensure business needs are executed safely, efficiently and profitablyManaging the facility safety program and actively working to create a solid safety cultureOverseeing food safety complianceManaging regular maintenance,
