The Paint Center Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the primary point of contact for contractors and retail customers at Bee Green's Paint Center.RequirementsPrevious experience in retail, paint supply, construction supply, or a related customer service role preferredAt least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.Robust communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailComfortable learning product knowledge and providing application guidanceBasic computer proficiency, and able to use the company's point of sale software, Epicor Biztrack.Physically able to work the majority of your shift standing, and ability to lift, push and pull products up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
