Our client, manufacturing and production is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the production floor supporting night operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to safety, a reliable work ethic, and the willingness to learn and support multiple tasks as needed.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Guelph, ON

Pay Range: $22.34/hr

Shift: Night Shift (11PM–7AM)

What's the Job?

- Work on the production line during the night shift, supporting daily output and maintaining steady pace.
- Perform general labor tasks, with a focus on piling down units as a primary responsibility.
- Be prepared to move between positions as production needs change, including potential exposure to other roles on nights.
- Follow safety procedures closely, including wearing high ankle safety boots at all times.
- Demonstrate readiness to learn additional processes, including training on the unitizer/baler when applicable.

What's Needed?

- Ability to work the night shift (11PM–7AM) reliably and on schedule.
- Comfort with general labor duties in a production environment.
- Strong safety mindset and willingness to follow PPE and site rules every shift.
- Ability to learn new tasks and adapt quickly when assigned to different positions.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-focused attitude.
