Job Description

- Open and close work orders
- Schedule appointments for the following day
- Manage the fleet of courtesy vehicles
- Answer calls and schedule appointments
- Track parts on order
- Understand and apply manufacturer warranties, including prepaid maintenance plans
- Process requests related to extended warranties
- Manage multiple IT platforms

Requirements

- Experience in the automotive industry (any type of position)
- Passion for customer service and comfort interacting with the public
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of Serti (a plus)
