With a focus on research, quality assurance, and species-specific expertise, we help farmers achieve optimal performance and profitability.We are seeking a Dairy Sales Specialist to join our New-Life Mills team. This role is responsible for driving sales growth and building long‐term customer relationships within the dairy industry. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, supporting existing customers, and delivering feed and nutrition solutions that help producers achieve their business goals.Day to DayProspect and develop new dairy feed customers to grow market sharePromote New‐Life Mills programs, products, and services to meet producer needsMaintain solid, trust‐based relationships with existing customersAnalyze market trends, customer needs,



and competitor activity to identify growth opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams including customer service, formulation, logistics, nutritionists, and veterinariansProvide technical support related to feed products and usageComplete ration balancing using available software in collaboration with the central nutrition teamMonitor account activity, address issues proactively, and support customer retentionManage accounts receivable, collections, and days receivable outstandingAttend industry events and organize producer meetingsDevelop sales plans, forecasts, budgets, and maintain accurate CRM documentationWhat You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agribusiness, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Ability to travel independently to customer sites, industry events, and company locations.Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.Previous sales experience is preferred.Knowledge of the Canadian ruminant industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Why Join UsAt P&H, our people are our priority.
