In this role, you will manage a wide range of functions on all construction projects.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day to day operations of all assigned construction projectsEnsure customer, client, and stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecyclePrepare project estimates, budgets, and quotations for customersAct as the direct point of contact between the customer, client, and project teamManage the construction team and assign work to superintendents, leads, carpenters, and subcontractorsCoordinate project scope with the construction team to ensure expectations are clearly understoodDevelop, maintain, and monitor project schedulesTrack project budgets, labour requirements, materials, and overall project performanceEnsure all work complies with project plans, specifications, local codes, permit requirements, and the approved scope of workReview site progress regularly and address issues that may impact schedule, budget, quality, or customer satisfaction Manage project documentation, including photos, contracts, estimates, change orders, purchase orders, daily notes, and closeout documentsIdentify, document, price,
