In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in sourcing and placing top-tier professionals with our trusted clients across North America. You'll be responsible for owning full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing the candidate recruitment process through to offer acceptance. This is a candidate-facing role, so strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.What You'll DoSource and recruit construction professionals using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals,
