The Hockey Refinery is a new hockey development facility opening in Langford, BC. We're looking for part-time hockey coaches who are passionate about helping players improve in a positive, high-energy environment.Responsibilities:Lead private, semi-private and small-group development sessionsDeliver sessions using The Hockey Refinery's established Skatemill curriculumProvide age-appropriate instruction and clear feedbackCreate a positive experience for every athleteMaintain a qualified, organized and safe training environmentIdeal candidates will have playing or coaching experience at the AAA, Junior, College or Professional level. Previous coaching experience and Hockey Canada certification are assets. Skatemill-specific training will be provided.Hours will include evenings and weekends, with scheduling based on coach availability and facility programming.
