Key Responsibilities:
• Manage helpdesk ticketing and support tasks daily
• Provide remote and onsite support for device issues
• Document IT support processes and infrastructure
• Facilitate procurement of necessary IT solutions
• Implement and install recent IT systems effectively
Requirements:
• Strong experience in technical support and field services
• Bilingual capabilities in English and French
• Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory
• Hands-on experience with computer hardware repair
• Full driver’s license and reliable transportation
