We are currently seeking a full time Sushi Roller.Major responsibilities include:Review menus prior to preparation of foodAssure that all food procedures are followedCoordinate food service with other departments as necessaryAssist with the purchase and inventory of the food supplyFollow all sanitation guidelinesBecome familiar with recent menu items/dishesRequirementsMinimum of 1 year of food preparation experience requiredExperience with quantity food preparation preferredDemonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipesKnowledge of proper nutritional requirementsFood Service Sanitation Certificate preferred
