and other technical publications.Resolve customer problems or complaints efficiently and in a timely manner to support both customer and company interests.Perform special assignments as required.Other duties as assignedWHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:310T Certified RequiredTransit/Coach Experience Preferred (Willing to train)Minimum of 5 years of experience as a 310T TechnicianDemonstrated strong problem-solving skills with technical and diagnostic challengesExperienced with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) systems and troubleshootingSkilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and OutlookExperienced using industry-standard diagnostic software such as Cummins Insite, Allison DOC, and Wabco ToolboxMust be able to travel to the United States for trainingVacancy Status - We are currently recruiting to fill this open positionOUR WHY:We exist to move people.
