ResponsibilitiesThe full-time position of Fabrication Project Coordinator will report to the Fabrication Manager and will be responsible for all aspects of the assigned projects, including:Bid reviews to ensure all submission requirements are metDrawing reviews, take offs, material listsDeveloping project schedules as requiredOverseeing QAQC, ITP and QC trackingProject documentation organization and managementCoordinate project activities, resources, equipment, site requirements, and informationVendor Communication - Material sourcing & quotes, Ordering material, Issuing PO's, Receiving & Counting materialConsulting with clients, vendors, and engineersWork with fabrication manager on cost control systems on all projects, including receiving, approving, coding, invoices, and sub-contractor progressesMonitoring progress and weekly reportingManaging the contract and tracking extra workSubmitting accurate detailed progress claimsRepresenting the company in a skilled mannerDetailing and shop drawingsQualifications,
