Become a vital member of Vertex's logistics team as an Experienced Lease/Owner Operator based in Sarnia, Ontario. A valid Class 1 license and fluid hauling experience are essential.
Vertex is currently accepting applications for skilled Lease/Owner Operators. Ideal candidates should have at least two years of experience with tank trucks. You will be responsible for safety compliance, maintenance of equipment, and documentation accuracy throughout your work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate tank trucks following safety protocols
• Take part in safety meetings and training
• Complete daily logs and manifest documentation
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment
• Work collaboratively with team members and clients
Requirements:
• Current Class 1 Driver’s license with a clean abstract
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in driving tank trucks
• Open to travel in various weather conditions
• Capacity to lift heavy tools and parts
• Awareness of compliance and safety regulations
