Job OverviewOur client in the food industry in Dorval is currently looking for a sales assistant to support the sales team. Bilingual, dynamic, and ambitious individuals who possess excellent customer relations skills are encouraged to apply.Compensation & BenefitsMonday - Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMSalary: $50,000 – $55,000 (based on experience)Performance‑based bonusMedical benefits after 6 monthsFree parking onsiteWork for a leader in the industryResponsibilitiesProvide high‑level administrative supportFollow up on customer emails, phone calls, and inquiriesPerform and complete various reports and monitoring tables (sales reports, budget, sales analyses, etc.)Coordinate and prepare all administrative files of major chain clientsCoordinate with sales representatives and/or regional sales managers to ensure proper distributor strategy before issuing pricingSet prices,



provide contracts and proposals to customers when requiredFollow up on open or outstanding quotations to determine statusKeep records of customer interactions and transactionsProvide delivery information at quotation stageMaintain compliance with deadlines for special tasks and projectsManage databases across various platformsPerform sales analyses related to customers or productsTranslate various sales documents as neededProceed to invoicing of ordersPrepare meetings such as coordination of sales meetings (agenda and report)Perform other tasks as needed by the sales departmentQualificationsStrong bilingual communication skills in English and French (written and oral)Experience with English‑speaking clients/partners located outside Quebec on a daily or regular basisMinimum of 2–5 years in administrative supportKnowledge of the food industry an asset but not requiredRigor and sense of organizationRelational and teamwork skillsComputer‑oriented with good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)Customer service experience of 2–3 yearsAbility to think on one’s feetProblem‑solving skills with positive multitasking abilitiesRandstad Canada is committed to fostering a workforce reflective of all peoples of Canada.
