Molly Tea aspires to explore all things Jasmine, allowing everyone to see the beauty of Chinese tea culture in their daily lives.We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support and execute various marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.ResponsibilitiesConduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunitiesAssist in developing and executing brand marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, print, digital, in-store)Support content creation for promotional materials, including posters, banners, flyers, and social media postsPlan and coordinate online and offline marketing events (e.G., product launches, seasonal campaigns, influencer collaborations,
