After establishing themselves as an industry leader, they're now expanding their team to meet rising demand.ResponsibilitiesDaily production of driver's licenses and health insurance cards in accordance with the service level agreement.Ensure quality service delivery in compliance with Thales standards.Support and maintain production equipment installed at the client's site.Perform preventive and general maintenance.Provide the client and Thales with various accurate daily and monthly reports.Escalate technical issues that cannot be resolved through standard operations to the appropriate technical resources.Document problem-solving and troubleshooting steps.Participate in client training as required.Maintain a healthy and safe work workplace by following and implementing standards and procedures. Comply with legal regulationsRequirementsPrevious experience in the manufacturing and operations sectorsExperience in customer relations and delivering customer-focused serviceProblem-solving skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsTeam-oriented mindsetFrench language skillsEnglish language skills considered an assetAvailability to work rotating shifts (AM/PM) and/or work overtimeExperience in Information Technology (IT) and/or the printing industry considered an assetEducation: Secondary V or equivalent
