Our client, a well-established manufacturing company in the consumer products industry, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join its marketing team. Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you will manage multiple projects related to product development, product updates, and go-to-market activities, while collaborating daily with various teams across the organization. This is a hands-on coordination and execution role in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.Your Responsibilities:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from planning through implementationEstablish project timelines, priorities, and deliverables,



and ensure proper follow-upCoordinate the various teams involved and lead project meetingsParticipate in the different stages of the product development and launch processCoordinate projects related to product updates, packaging, and documentationMaintain up-to-date information and documentation required to keep projects moving forwardCollaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and other internal and external stakeholdersContribute to the continuous improvement of project management processesConditions:Permanent, full time positionSalary: $80,000 to $85,000, with flexibility depending on experienceHybrid work model: 2 days per week in the officeOffice located in Montréal EastGroup insuranceRRSP with employer contribution
