ACCOUNTSPAYABLE/STAFF ACCOUNTANT We areseeking a detail-oriented individual with strong accounts payable and generalaccounting experience to join the Finance Department of this multinational U.S.-listed,publicly traded company based in Grand Cayman. The position reports directly tothe Controller. The successful candidate will have at least 3 yearsof accounts payable and general accounting experience, strong analytical andorganizational skills, a thorough understanding of accounting processes, proficiencyin Excel, and the ability to work effectively under strict deadlines.



A solidunderstanding of accounting cutoffs and month-end processes is essential. Experiencewith Microsoft Excellent Plains, Cogsdale, and/or NetSuite is strongly preferred. Requirements Accounts Payable/StaffAccountant Responsibilities Coordinate all accounts payablefunctions, including opening mail, scanning invoices, managing the inbox, entering invoices intothe ERP system, reconciling vendor statements, processing electronic bankpayments, and issuing and mailing checks in accordance with companypolicies and deadlines. Download daily bill paymentreports from multiple banks for the Customer Service department to processpayments in the Cogsdale billing system.
