Oulton College is seeking a qualified and passionate Nursing Faculty member to deliver various didactic courses within our Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) program.This is a full-time permanent position; however, we are open toconsidering a part-time contract arrangement if it better suits the successful candidate.The successful candidate will support students in developing clinical reasoning, critical thinking, and practical skills through both theory instruction and lab instruction (if needed).Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver course content through lectures and hands-on lab sessionsFacilitate student learning through various learning methodsIntegrate nursing theory with health science concepts to support clinical decision-makingGuide students in applying the nursing processes of carePromote the use of evidence-informed practice and clinical reasoningGrade assignments, exams, and learning activitiesProvide timely,
