As the global leader in services that improve the Quality of Life, we operate in 55 countries, serving over 100 million consumers each day through our unique combination of On-Site Food and FM Services, Benefits & Rewards Services and Personal & Home Services.Job DescriptionIn your current role as our Support Services Supervisor, you will support the General Manager of the team leading the daily activities of Food Service, Laundry and Housekeeping.Client Relationships & Contract ManagementProvide local leadership and strategic direction to build client relationships and new business opportunities to enhance profitabilityDevelop a business strategy in line with current and emerging client needsBuild long-term relationships with client that add value and are based on mutual trust and partnership modelEnsure contract delivery including commercial and legal terms and conditions of the contract and deliver to the SLA(s)



and standards requiredCarry out regular contract performance revisions and internal compliance audits and checks to support the delivery of Goal Zero for the account and Sodexo compliancePeopleLead by example; inspire your employees to follow your own actionsStrong employee relations through the ability to manage diverse teamsAbility to build positive union relationshipsActive participant in HR life cycle (onboarding, training, performance management, etc.)Organization, planning and monitoring of employee daily activitiesCulture & ComplianceEnsure that the site is always compliant at all times for services delivered within scope, and ensure the rigorous means of recording these elements are maintained and regularly reviewedFoster a strong health and safety culture, for our employees and our clients and customersEncourage diversity and inclusionAdvocate for corporate social responsibilityDrive creative innovationDesire for continuous improvement and growth in compliance with operating standardsEmbody Sodexo's core values: Service Spirit, Spirit of Progress and Team SpiritDirects business practices that uphold Sodexo's mission and valuesQualificationsWhat You'll Need to Succeed:2-3 years of Healthcare Support Service/Hospitality management experience in a multi-service operationThis is a full-time salaried role with weekends included (Thu - Mon)Strong Operational and food cost experienceEducational background in Hospitality Management or Business Administration would be nice to haveCSNM Certification is mandatoryProven leadership and line management skills and the ability to build, lead and motivate a teamAble to work on own initiative,
