and online promotion of Arctic Range Adventure experiencesUsing AI tools and emerging technologies to improve customer communication, content creation, research, organization, and day-to-day efficiencyHandling unexpected changes with professionalism, creativity, and a solutions-oriented attitudeWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is:Passionate about travel, tourism, and creating memorable guest experiencesFriendly, approachable, and genuinely enjoys helping peopleHighly organized with strong attention to detailConfident communicating by phone, email, and in personComfortable managing multiple reservations and priorities at onceA proactive problem-solver who stays calm under pressureSocial-media savvy, with an interest in creating engaging content and connecting with travelers onlineComfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other emerging technologies to work smarter, create content, research travel information, and improve guest experiencesCurious and willing to learn new digital tools, platforms, and technologiesComfortable working with reservation systems and common computer applicationsReliable, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a teamPrevious experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, reservations, social media, or customer service is an asset. Knowledge of Yukon, Alaska, or Northern Canada is also an advantage,
