This role is ideal for an experienced finance professional with solid expertise in real estate modeling, financial forecasting, and investment analysis. In this role you will support acquisitions, asset management, and financing decisions through detailed cash flow modeling, valuation analysis, and strategic financial insights.Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial analysis and reporting across the company's real estate portfolio, including debt structures, investment performance, and asset-level returnsBuild, maintain, and review advanced financial models using ARGUS Enterprise for valuations, leasing assumptions, and cash flow projectionsPerform investment underwriting, including IRR, NPV, sensitivity analysis, and scenario modeling for acquisitions and dispositionsAnalyze financing structures, including mortgage debt, credit facilities, refinancing opportunities, and covenant complianceSupport acquisition and disposition processes through detailed financial due diligence and valuation analysisPrepare executive-level reports, investment summaries,
