In this leadership role, you will act as the Senior Estimator and Preconstruction Lead, owning the full bid process end-to-end while ensuring alignment on cost, scope, schedule, and risk.You are not only responsible for producing estimates; you lead the entire pursuit, from early strategy and positioning through final submission and transition to operations. You serve as the single point of accountability during preconstruction, ensuring every pursuit is structured, competitive, and risk-aware.This role is central to our growth, combining technical estimating expertise with project leadership, allowing you to shape winning strategies, mentor teams, and elevate how we pursue work.What you will doLead the full-cycle bid process from early pursuit strategy through to final submissionAct as the preconstruction lead, owning cost planning, scope definition, and pricing strategy for buildings projectsDevelop competitive bid strategies, win themes, and commercial approaches aligned with client prioritiesOversee detailed quantity take-offs, pricing, and subcontractor trade coverageValidate assumptions, identify and close scope gaps, and ensure complete and accurate pricingBuild and maintain solid relationships with clients, consultants,
