This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping clients remain safe, mobile, and independent in their own homes. You will work under the supervision and direction of a Registered Occupational Therapist and/or Physiotherapist and support clients across the Toronto East including Durham, Northumberland, Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes, and Haliburton.While we thank all interested applicants, we are only able to contact those who we are inviting to an interview.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement prescribed treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist and/or PhysiotherapistSupport clients with exercises, mobility training, strengthening programs, gait training, balance retraining, and functional mobility tasks, as well as other prescribed activitiesReinforce home exercise programs and ensure clients perform exercises safely and correctlyMonitor and document client progress, observations, and responses to treatment (with OT/PT review and oversight)Assist with transfer training, safe lifting techniques, and mobility aid usageProvide caregiver education and support for OT/PT‐directed care strategiesAssist with basic equipment setup, environmental safety recommendations,
