Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, this straight day shift leadership role is ideal for a licensed trades professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys leading by example.Whether supporting our high-speed bottling operation or our plastics manufacturing business, you'll play a key role in maximizing equipment reliability, developing maintenance talent, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.If you're a hands-on leader with strong troubleshooting skills, a passion for coaching others, and the ability to keep production running safely and efficiently, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoProvide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and technical support to the maintenance teamLead by example while promoting a strong safety-first cultureTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawingsSupport preventive and predictive maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliabilityCoordinate maintenance priorities to minimize downtime and support production requirementsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgradesRepair, install, align, dismantle, and relocate production equipment as requiredMaintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS softwareEnsure all work is completed safely and in accordance with Health & Safety and Lockout/Tagout proceduresParticipate in an on-call rotation as requiredWhat We're Looking ForValid Certificate of Qualification as a 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright)
