This is a senior-level opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with 10+ years of experience to join a collaborative real estate team.The successful candidate will support lawyers with residential real estate transactions, manage files from start to finish with minimal supervision, and provide exceptional service to clients, banks, and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport lawyers with residential real estate transactionsConduct Land Titles, tax, and PPR searchesPrepare and review purchase, mortgage, and other real estate documentsRegister and discharge Land Titles documentsManage trust funds related to transactionsDraft correspondence and legal documents with minimal supervisionProofread documents for accuracy and formattingProvide file status updates to banks, clients, and stakeholdersManage multiple files while ensuring accuracy and strong client serviceWhat We're Looking For10+ years of experience as a Residential Real Estate ParalegalStrong knowledge of Land Titles, tax, and PPR searchesExperience preparing and reviewing purchase, mortgage,
