Job InformationJob Title : Parks District Admin SupportRequisition ID : 84396Ministry : Forestry and ParksLocation : Grande Prairie and Saskatoon Island Provincial ParkHours of Work : 36.25‑hour work weekClassification : Administrative Support 3 (AS3)Salary : $24.04 – $30.42 per hour based on 36.25 hours per weekIn lieu of benefits and vacation leave, employees receive 11.6% of regular wage earnings, distributed as follows:5.6% for paid holidays6.0% for annual vacation payShift premium pay:$3.25 per hour for weekends and holidays$2.75 per hour for eveningsResponsibilitiesThe District Admin Support (AS3) position combines administrative and front‑line customer service duties. Key responsibilities include:Manage POS system and till floats, ensuring adequate change.Review and reconcile district camping, facility, and retail sales revenue; complete weekly bank deposits.Enter all camping revenue and envelopes into the AspiraOne system and designated spreadsheets.Provide revenue reconciliation troubleshooting support to seasonal booth/store staff.Assist the Visitor Services Supervisor with booth and store inventory and supply management.Understand reconciliation processes and corresponding policies and procedures.Provide consistent, skilled information services to the public via telephone, email, and in‑person interactions.Assist in the daily operation of the Saskatoon Island Campground Store as needed.QualificationsEducation and ExperienceHigh School Diploma and one year of related supervisory or leadership experience with customer service experience.Directly related experience or education considered on a one‑to‑one basis.AssetsStrong customer service skillsOutgoing,
