In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for estimating, as well as project management of renovations and small sprinkler contract projects. The focus of this position will be to expand Troy's market potential in the region and improve execution and profitability of projects.ResponsibilitiesPreparing quotes for building owners, contractors, and tenders opportunitiesCompleting pre‐qualification documents, reviewing drawings/specifications, developing proposals, securing purchase orders/contractsConducting site visits and liaising effectively with consultants, engineers,



general contractors, site supervisors, and other tradesCoordinating the preparation of drawings, material lists, safety plans, and field installation with site crewsCoordinating design, material, labour, subcontractors, and change ordersQualificationsPost‐secondary diploma preferred5 years' experience in estimating sprinkler contracts is preferred3–5 years experience with design, installation or sales and project management experience in fire protectionKnowledge of NFPA 13 codes is considered an assetDemonstrated organizational skillsAbility to collaborate and work effectively within a teamBilingual in English and French considered a robust assetWhy Work with Troy?Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. offers an excellent compensation package, including a comprehensive benefits program with paid sick time.
