This includes market research, database development, sales collateral, sales solicitation, tracking, and reporting.Main ResponsibilitiesThe coordinator is an adept multi-tasker, who can manage a number of diverse tasks across a variety of conferences, projects, and associations.This role is specifically focused on tasks related to administration and delivery of sponsorships, exhibits, advertising, and affiliate partnerships:Main point of contact for all sponsors / exhibitorsWork collaboratively with internal teams and external clientsIdentification and development of advertising and sponsorship assetsPoint person for the build and management of the sponsor/exhibitor sales & fulfilment systemSponsorship / exhibition activity trackingImplementation of all sponsor / exhibitor contracts with the Operations teamSales,



invoice and payment tracking of ancillary sponsorship activities and eventsSponsorship fulfillment such as but not limited to exhibition, symposia, meeting, advertising, and marketing propertiesCorporate partnership fulfillment such as but not limited to educational activities, digital marketing, and advertisingDeployment and tracking of sponsor/exhibitor communications benefits to digital marketing teamCollaboration with communications and conference operations team to ensure a high-quality sponsor / exhibitor experienceCollaboration with sales and operations team on development of exhibit hall and symposia schedules and floor plansOnsite point of contact for all sponsors and exhibitorsDevelopment of post event sponsorship reportManage the development and deployment of the sponsor / exhibitor post event survey and sponsor / exhibitor final reportMaintain up-to-date documentation and user manualsDescription Of The RelationshipsReports directly into the Manager, Conference Operations, Consulting & Community SolutionsInternally collaborates with the Head of Strategic Partnerships MarCom and operations teamsInternally collaborates daily with CCS team membersInternally collaborates as needed with all members of the MCI Canada and MCI Global teams.Externally collaborates with clients, industry and affiliate stakeholdersMaintains professional relationship with suppliers, and temporary staffProvides a high-level of customer service to clients, sponsors, exhibitors,



and affiliatesJob RequirementsMinimum of two years' work experience in event and/or partnership management and fulfilment.Sponsorship & exhibit sales, association management, hospitality, and/or not-for profit experience is an assetDegree or Diploma in Business, Administration, Hospitality, Event Management and/or a related field, or equivalent experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. French is an asset.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple projects at the same time.Knowledge of fundraising, associations and not-for-profit business environment is an asset.Able to travel in Canada and, if necessary, internationally.Ability to work effectively both from home and/or an MCI office as required.Specific Technical SkillsStrong computer skills are a must:Highly proficient levels in SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookEffective ability to use computer software and technology to organize and present client data and informationInterest in and ability to learn AI and other new technologiesExperience working with a range of technology systems specific to:Event Management systemsSponsorship & Exhibit systemsCustomer Relationship Management systemsAdditional Skills / Local RequirementsExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailA highly motived and entrepreneurial mindsetStrong inter-personal skills including cross cultural understandingEmpathy to work with diverse customers, staff, managers, and authoritiesExcellent presentation skillsThe position may require occasional travel and work on evenings and weekends.Ability to work extended hours during strategic planning meetings and/or onsite delivery of conferences and events.BenefitsSalary starting at $55,000 CAD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.Health and dental benefitsHSA & LSABirthday day offFlexible remote work environmentFriendly and team-oriented work environmentMCI is where you can bring your true self to work and be proud of what you do.
