Your leadership and problem-solving skills will ensure clients receive exceptional travel experiences across Western Canada.In this full-time role, you will effectively manage the daily operations of motor coaches, maintaining compliance with safety and transportation regulations. You will collaborate closely with Trip Supporters and the Duty Manager, helping to resolve any issues while providing seamless service throughout the transportation process.Key Responsibilities:Schedule motor coach operators and manage fleet operationsRecord and monitor driver assignments and vehicle locationsFacilitate communication between drivers and managementWork with departments to address transport logistics issuesPrepare documentation and reports on transportation activitiesRequirements:At least 5 years of dispatching experience in transportProficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of Coach Manager is a plusStrong decision-making and planning skillsGood understanding of Western Canadian routesAvailability for versatile scheduling including weekends and eveningsDrive excellence in transport logistics with TRAXX Coachlines.
